- a one mile run
Mission Accomplished:
We had a rain storm for most of the day so I decided it would be a good day to "shred." I haven't shredded in a while and WOW, I forgot what a great work-out it is!
Since the "shred" is only a 20 minute work-out and my daily goal is a minimum of 30 minutes, I also ran a mile.
By then the rain had stopped so I did not have to run with the "cats and dogs."
Speaking of dogs, last night when the storm started, our little dog, Ted, woke me up with his whining. When there is thunder Ted turns into a scaredy-cat!
How did your Day One Mission go?

My goal was to walk for 30 minutes. I did that and did some upper body exercises and some stretching...it felt really good!

ReplyDeleteDay 1 - Did the Shred Level 2 and kept up as best I could - it's HARD!
Also did some light aerobics and other toning to make it up to about 1 hour.
Day 2 - Getting ready to try and walk 2 miles on the treadmill (about 1/2 hour) Also shoveled heavy, wet snow for about 20 minutes - that has GOT to count for something!!
I'm also tracking what I eat and trying to make fruits/veggies and nuts the main portion of my daily diet.
