Day 3 Mission Accomplished ~
- Power walking with a friend - 2.38 miles in 30 minutes
- A mile run after the power walking and brisk walking before and after for a total of 4.80 miles
- Stretching quads, glutes, calves, obliques
One of my fitness goals is to stretch, especially after a work-out.

Great new pic! I'm going to keep moving on... this is helping me "move" through chemo effects. I hope to pick up the pace in a month or so.

ReplyDeleteI did a 5 mile treadmill run today in 45 minutes....hard, but I felt good afterward. I'm trying to keep up my speed and endurance on the treadmill because it's always a little harder to switch back to outside running until my body adjusts again.
Thanks for beingmy motivator!!! I have walked everyday this week! Shew, I am outta shape but it feels good! We lost our 13 year old daughter and her heaven anniversary day is in Oct. and then her birthday is Nov. I had a rough fall and quit exercising all together.
