I am a mom who runs. I run errands. I run the vacuum cleaner. I run the dishwasher. I run kids places. I run the household.

I also run on roads, on trails and on beaches ~ my favorite!

Day 17 Mission Accomplished with the Shred and a Run

I thought I would run today but instead decided to do JM's 30 Day Shred. I haven't done level 2 in a while...been stuck on level 1 this go 'round with the Shred. Level 2 was a good change. It challenged me, especially the weight training. 
Then, because the daily workout challenge is a 30 minute workout, I ran a mile to get my 30 minutes in. 

Not a great day outside here in the Tampa Bay area...overcast, and a bit raindroppy. But I guess I should not even mention it when I see the all the snow and cold weather so many are experiencing.


How are you "accomplishing your fitness mission" with the cold temps and, for many, heavy snowfall?

    And a walk/run on the treadmill. I watch shows I normally wouldn't have time for, so that keeps the treadmill at least somewhat fresh for me.

  2. We have ice in Texas, so been inside for 2 days. I am walking in my house, the downstairs is pretty roomy and open. I'm also doing aerobics, and light weights 3 times a week. Day 17 accomplished and I feel really encouraged. :)
