"21" Meditations & Motivations to Get You Moving!" was a success! I and others worked out for 21 days straight! I am dedicated to my work-out time and will continue my prior schedule which is a 6 day/week workout with Sundays off.
I tried 2 new to me classes at the Y, kickboxing and pilates, and I'll continue those on a regular basis in addition to running.
For the month of February I am posting a weekly Fit & Healthy Focus. This first week is to increase your fiber intake by 25 grams per day.
